Mini Ham, Cheese and Pineapple Pizzas

What if I told you that you could make these pizza bases with just 3 ingredients?! I know ya’ll are busy and don’t have time to mess around in the kitchen so here we are. Quick, easy, delicious. Okay, you can stop drooling now. Go on, get your tooshie in the kitchen!


Ingredients


320g natural yoghurt

300g plain flour

3 tsp’s baking powder

Pinch of salt

Leggos chunky passata

250g Shaved ham

5 pineapple rings

Cheese

Italian herbs

Method

  1. Combine the flour, yoghurt, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Use your hands to roughly knead it until it forms a smooth ball. Set aside and rest for half an hour.

  2. Divide the dough into 6-8 mini pizzas and roll out until about 4mm thick (these rise A LOT In the oven).

  3. Place the pizza bases on some baking paper and bake for 5-10 mins.

  4. Top with passata, ham, cheese, pineapple and mixed herbs and bake for another 10-15 mins until golden brown.
