Festive Biscoff Rocky Road



Ingredients

390g dark or milk chocolate (or a mixture of both)

5 x mini packs of lotus biscuits (10 mini biscuits)

3/4 cup red frogs, chopped

3/4 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup shredded coconut











Method

  1. Melt the chocolate in a large bowl in the microwave or over a double boiler.

  2. Chop the lotus biscuits, red frogs and marshmallows and add everything to the bowl, along with the coconut, (leaving a little of each ingredient to sprinkle over the top).

  3. Stir well to combine and pour into a lined loaf tin. Sprinkle each of the ingredients over the top and place into the fridge for 1-2 hours to set.

  4. To gift as Christmas presents, cut into even pieces and wrap in some cellophane and tie with some Christmas ribbon.
