Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
½ cup blanched hazelnuts (skin removed)
½ cup almonds
¼ cup pepitas
¾ cup coconut flakes
3 tbsp cacao
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup maple syrup
½ cup coconut oil, melted

Method
Coarsely chop the almonds and hazelnuts (leaving some hazelnuts whole).
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl, ensuring everything is coated in the maple syrup and coconut oil.
Place on a lined baking tray and bake in the oven on 170’C for 30-35 mins, checking it regularly and tossing the granola to avoid the edges from burning. Allow to cool.
Transfer to small jars, then use some Christmas themed ribbon and tags to decorate as desired.
