Want to make a cafe-style açai at home? You totally can! It couldn’t be easier, is so much cheaper than buying one out and is such a perfect brekkie in this beautiful hot weather.

Ingredients
1 banana, frozen
4 packs frozen acai (Amazonia)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
Toppings:
Strawberries
Vanilla yoghurt
Peanut butter
Granola
Method
Add the frozen banana, açai, blueberries, almond milk and vanilla protein to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Serve between two bowls and top with strawberries, yoghurt, peanut butter and granola.
