The classic apricot and coconut slice that is so easy to make yourself at home. You only need a handful of ingredients, and it’s the perfect sweet snack to grab when you feel like a chewy, delicious treat!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups almond meal
1 cup apricots
3/4 cup coconut
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp maple
Method
Place everything in a food processor and blitz until just combined.
Transfer to a small rectangular dish and press down firmly.
Place in the fridge to set, then slice it into squares and store in an air tight container.
